11 weeks 2 days first time mom and cramping lower right side ?

Hello ladies 
I am 11 weeks 2 days pregnant with my first baby and I’ve been having almost period like cramping in my lower right side like right on my hip bone / pupic bone it’s constant . It’s not bring me to my knees pain but it’s uncomfortable . I don’t see my doctor till the 9th so wondering if I should go get checked at the Hospatil ? Or if it’s normal just want some opinions

I was having what I would describe as pinching nerve pains in my hip, groin, and lower back. The would mostly happen when I was walking or getting up from sitting down for a while. I did some hip stretches that I found online (and are safe for pregnant people) and those helped a lot. They were really hard to get through the first time but the next day and for about a week I had no more pain at all. I still also asked my doctor about the pain and she said it most likely due to the uterus growing and the surrounding areas adjusting for its size. She suggested Tylenol and exercise/more stretching.
Now I’m in the middle of week 13 and I haven’t felt the pain for a while.
