I’m 4 weeks 5 days and already laying on my stomach hurts , I lay on my side. I’m getting cramps that are consistent throughout my day but I hear drinking water helps because it’s my uterus stretching . I do breathing exercises throughout my day to make sure my body is stress free 💖 My husband and I are going to wait until 3 months to tell everyone , to be sure ❤️ I hope this helps
