So my last period was July 21st I had what was most likely implantation spotting aug 11th I took test forever and kept getting negatives well anyways I went to the er today due to passing out and bad pain in my uterus..

The dr comes in with an ultrasound tech and says is this your first pregnancy like just threw it on me

Fast forward they do a abdominal ultrasound and my baby looked little like 7 weeks do u think it’s because he did it on the stomach and not vaginally ?
