I'm 6 weeks and went hiking on Monday. We took a wrong turn on the path and what was supposed to be a 3 mile hike turned into and 8mile. Now i think i'm have a miscarriage. I called the dr and they said spotting was normal and as long as it wasn't heavy it should be fine. However now i'm mildly cramping and thé bleeding increased but not enough to fill a pad. I don't have money to go to the ER so now i have to wait a few hours for the office to open. I know i won't get answers yet but thought i would ask the community while i wait. Is this a missed miscarriage? When i go in is there still a chance everything could be okay? I'm just sick with nerves about it

Update.. went to thé doctor and i am in fact having a miscarriage. She said it was unrelated to thé hike because of how low my hormone levels were. Even if it was thé hike, she said my numbers would have still be double what they were. Also i was measuring a week behind. I go back Friday for more lab work and from the decide the next step.
