Overweight & Pregnant

By my BMI, I am overweight/borderline obese. I started working out in June at our local Kaia Fit location. Yesterday, I found out we are expecting our rainbow baby, only 5 months after losing our daughter at full-term. I'm going to work out as long as I can with this pregnancy, work on losing some more fat while gaining muscle. I'm definitely going to talk to my coach before class today, but any suggestions from you? Modifications? Max weight? Etc? I had planned on trying to lose some more weight before TTC, but the universe had other plans. ❤💙💚💜💛🧡
