Help!

Okay so I have had my iud in for about two weeks and went to the er last night because of the unbearable pain I’m in. Like I almost passed out. And I’m getting the iud removed tomorrow. My period has always been heavy but this type of clot came out and I’m so confused as to what it actually is. Someone please tell me what this looks like.
