Is there a higher chance of...?

I was sent to a High Risk doctor. My baby girl was measuring smaller than usual. Lately I've been having dreams of giving birth to her and the first dream I had contractions, which felt freakishly real at one point.

I am a first time mom and do go to college and work, and lately I've been feeling more irritable and tired than usual. To make things more interesting, the father decided to disappear and its irritating me. I've been seeing a lot of women post on here that they went into labor early (kinda freaking me out).

Should I be concerned? Talk to my doctor about this?
