Bleeding at 23 weeks and 3 days.
Yesterday I had to go into the E.R. due to moderately heavy bleeding. It was a dark maroonish color and today it’s brown. My cervix was long and closed (4.9) and no funneling. The baby was fine as well. The doctor said the bleeding was not coming from behind my placenta but he could not find where it was coming from. He said he was pretty sure it was coming from my cervix.
Has anyone had unexplained bleeding in the second trimester?
