Not pregnant, but help!?

Hey girls, my period is 3 days late, I’m not sexually active so I obviously know I’m not pregnant but idk why my period is 3- almost 4 days late.

I’ll give a little backing so maybe you can narrow the answer(s) down lol. I’m a freshman in college, I’m also working 2 jobs, I’m not gonna lie I don’t eat the best right now but I’m trying to do better. And I wouldn’t say I’m super stressed but stress is definitely present. If you can give me any advice or information that would be greatly appreciated!
