Mil seems not botherd

So this is my mil first grandchild my mums 10th (not from me i have a large family):o ..anyway when we first found out she promised she would help and promised be involved.she has come for 1 scan and was ment be coming for 2 others but been hungover so never made it.she dosnt ring,hasnt bought anything for baby,dosnt speak to me about anything to do with the baby.my family has done everything bought everything and organised a shower.im not expecting help or anyone be involved i just thought that with it being her first it be differnt
