... what is this

Does anyone know what this could be? I called my doctor and they said they would look at it when I come in for my appointment on the 19th. They just told me to put neosporin on it (so I did) and keep it clean. It doesn’t really hurt but today when I was touching it started to bleed a little. I am 26 weeks pregnant and it’s on the inside of my belly button
