I found out about a week ago that I am pregnant again. Unfortunately, my first pregnancy ended early with a miscarriage. Now I'm concerned I may be having another one, today I started experiencing cramping while running errands and thought it was just from sitting in a vehicle most of the time. As soon as I got home I had a moment of heavy, bright red bleeding that tapered off into light bleeding/spotting with accompanying cramps. Has anyone had this happen and the baby still turn out fine?
