Measuring 1 week behind

Hi ladies, did anybody else measure 1 week behind at their anatomy scan? Baby is measuring 1 week behind but everything is completely normal doctor said with her. He didn’t seem worried at all and said I could be just having a small baby or the dates could be off. Just curious if any of you dealt with this and what your OB said?
