Anxiety & TTC

Ugh where do I begin!? I’ve had anxiety and depression for almost a decade. I’m 21, and I’ve been in inpatient treatment 3 times (my most recent in April). I have been doing awesome, but ever since TTC, my anxiety has been through the roof. Any advise? I’m not taking my anxiety medication (it’s as needed anyways). I’ve only been TTC for 1 month and I cannot imagine being this anxious for a year. Any advise is sooooo welcome and would be appreciated. ❤️
