Relationship advice

Hello,

So I’m new to this whole thing, therefore, please be patient

I been in a relationship with my bf for about 3 years. He is so patient and kind with me but I’m always in a bitchy mood. I tend to not have ANY patience and I get frustrated QUICK!

I tend to whine about my future and when he tries to give me advice I ignore it because I feel like he doesn’t understand me.

The thing is, I can tell he’s getting tired of my behavior and to be honest I don’t freaking blame him. I am a mess and even if I try to change, I always end up with my same behavior.

I want to show him that I appreciate him and that I truly do love him. What can I do?

I’m really bad at being creative or expressing my feelings. I need advice. I don’t know what to do. He deserves more ☹️
