I'm thinking about trying the Lena menstrual cup. I have a few questions, I'm tired of how uncomfortable tampons are making me feel. And my flow is so heavy I have to always wear a pad with my tampon because I work a lot so I can never change it after an hour or two of having it in.

So my questions are:

1: are these safe to use?

2: is the cup gonna get lost (tampons have a string and these have a little plastic thing??)

3: are these healthier than pads and tampons?

I really think this is a better solution for me. I wake up on my period and I always stain my sheets my clothing. There's times my period is so heavy when I sit down to change my tampon/pad blood just goes EVERYWHERE and I'm sick of the mess they cause me.

Let me know some stories you guys have or advice!!
