Breast milk storage?

I dont have a pump so ive been hand expressing into a bottle- can I express into a bottle with yesterdays milk that's been fridged?

Oh i also will bring home the bottle if not full put it in the fridge and the next morning grab it and take it bk to work to finish filling it with my pumping sessions.

I do this all the time at work. I'll pump maybe an ounce or two put it in the fridge come bk on my next pumping session grab the bottle from the fridge and pump into it again. Usually it takes me my whole ten hr shift to get a whole bottle. Once it's full i pour it into a bag and freeze it. My son is 15 months and is just fine.

No it must be cooled first before you mix it with refrigerated milk.

I used to put them in little bags with the date and time. I used a different bag every time I pumped.
