My best friend has wanted to get pregnant for years. Couldn't with her ex husband, but recently got her divorce finalized, found a good guy and had a positive test a few weeks ago. Told me the other day she started bleeding really heavily and had to leave work. Afraid it's a miscarriage. She lives 9 hours away from me. How can I comfort her? What do I say or not say? I've only said I'm sorry and wished I could be there with her, and am going to send her flowers. She's so sad. :(
