I can feel my ovary ?

I was just palpating my stomach rn laying flat on my back & I can feel a little ball like thing on my lower left abdomen (opposite side where my appendix is). It’s like half the size of a golf ball. I’m not sure if it’s my ovary or not. Of course I did some research & I’m reading that it could be a cyst or tumor! Now I’m freaking out. I’m a healthy 22 y/o...always have been. But idk what this can be. When I do palpate it hurts. I’m also an emt so idk if this is a hernia...but it’s not physically sticking out or noticeable. Has anyone had anything like this before??

15 mins after feeling it, I can’t find it anymore & there’s no pain in the area.
