Currently freaking out.. I’m 12 weeks pregnant at 22 and just had my 1st Pap smear 2 weeks ago.

I just got a call from my OB/GYN with results that my Pap smear came back abnormal. I know it can’t be HPV because I got the 3 series of shots just about a year ago. My paternal grandmother & great grandmother both passed away from Cervical cancer. My mom, maternal aunt & maternal grandmother have all 3 had hysterectomies under the age of 25. What could possibly be going on? I’m scheduled October 19th to go over the results and what to do from here..
