1 Week PP Bright Red Blood Still?

I had my daughter 9/27, exactly a week ago. I’m still bleeding bright red blood and it’s like a mild period. This is my first. When does it start to brown out and lighten up?

Bleeding like that for up to 6 weeks is completely normal. Even if it stops and then starts again it’s still postpartum bleeding not a period.

Yes totally normal! I bled for about a month. Than after that a lot of discharge for another month. Now my boy is almost 4 months and I got my period yesterday lol yay more blood!😭

I bled for 2 weeks then after that it was brown discharge for about 2 more weeks
