I need advice.

I am 20 years old and my fiancé is 22.

We are long distance and have been together for 3 years. He proposed to me in February. We decided that we wanted to get married on our engagement anniversary so we wouldn’t have to do long distance anymore. Well things changed, and now he says February is too soon. We just wanted to get married. We weren’t going to do a wedding or anything. He wanted me to move to his country. Well Now, he doesn’t know when he wants to get married. 😔

Now I applied to become a TSO ( tsa agent ) and I am not sure if I should go through with it. I don’t want to get this job and just to leave when he changes his mind. I want to do so many things but I feel like he is holding me back. I want to be with him and I want to marry him. But I mean, I don’t even have a car because he doesn’t want me to get one because we are supposed to be saving to get married. I just don’t know what to do. 😢 I don’t want to waste my time.
