Pregnant with pcos and have gestational diabetes?

I have never been diagnosed with pcos since none of my doctors take me seriously or test me because I'm healthy and not overweight... so they won't do testing on me BUT pcos runs in my family so I know a lot about it. I'm more than positive I have pcos. Anyways I'm pregnant now, eating healthy gaining weight properly and I have GD. Anyone else? Very upset. I know with pcos you are at high risk of getting gestational diabetes but I'm still upset I feel like I failed as a mom.
