I had another cervical check today and I just about cried in front of the doctor. I’m 38+2 .. 1 week and 5 days from my due date and no progress 😒 Last Thursday I was about 20% effaced no dilation and today I’m about 50% effaced and still no dilation. I’m so frustrated, nothing I’m doing is helping with the progress and I’m just ready to have my child already, this has been the longest 9 months of my life 😓 I keep hearing your first pregnancy usually goes to the due date or a little after but seems like all the first time moms I know or have seen on here had their baby already or before their DD, and I know I sound like a big baby crying right now but I don’t care, I just want my baby out of me and into my arms already 🤧 I just needed to rant 💆🏽‍♀️
