URGENT!! How do you treat hemroids!?

So me and my boyfriend have been experimenting a while back and because of it . I got a little hemroid.

So far I’ve been using witch hazel pads , witch hazel bar soap and also preparation H .

I’ve had this for about a month already and it has not gotten any better or worse !???

I have been sexually active at all and it’s upsetting . And not just upsetting but so frustrating because of the pain and the itch and it’s also started to spread . My clit and hood are super itchy now!!
