Proud of myself!
When I started my pregnancy, I weighed 285 (and I’m 6 feet tall). I lost five pounds in the first trimester and as of today I’m back at my pre-pregnancy weight at 28 weeks. I feel like everyone expects plus size women to use pregnancy as an excuse to gain 100 pounds and eat cake for every meal and have gestational diabetes. I’m proud of myself for still making (mostly) good food choices to help my baby have the best outcome. You can have healthy pregnancies even when overweight!
