Freaking me out

So this thing in my belly button is just freaking me out... it doesn’t hurt at all but I have no idea what it could be. I’m 27 weeks pregnant and just noticed it. I called my doctor and they said to just wait until the 19th when my next appointment is and they’ll check it out then but wth could it be
