Bad cramps

CD11 ovulation in 5 day and super bad cramps just popped 4 ibuprofen.. this happens all the time! Why? Like these cramps literally have me hunched over and they are in my back too.. please help me! I don't wanna go to the hospital but want something to ease the pain. I'm tired of this every month...
