What's your preferred both control method?

I had my first child, my daughter 9 months ago. I've always never really had birth control (I first got it at 13 but wasn't really consistent, then I was told I was unable to have children so then I really gave up birth control, so SURPRISE!). Since I've had my little princess, I've decided she's all I need right now, maybe more in a few years but not now. So I, embarassingly, don't really know too much about birth control but I want to get on it. Any help is greatly appreciated! 🤗❤

Nuva ring. You just put it in and forgot about then change it every 3 weeks. It’s pretty nice, better than having to remember a pill every day.

I was on the pill before I had my daughter and it worked great but it can be hard for others to remember to take it everyday at the same time. Luckily for me, I had other medicine I had to take everyday. After my daughter, I started the shot because I suffer from serve headaches and migraines with blurred vision so the pill tends to make it worst. The shot has been good for me so far. The shot, you get every 3 months and sometimes it stops your period completely. With the IUD, it can break through the wall of the uterus. It happened to a friend of mine, it can leave permanent damage.
