Is it normal to BLEED this much???

I have a heavy flow but neeever this heavy that it bleeds through my tampon after less than two hours after I put it in 😭 Honestly I’ve been in serious pain all day and I threw up. Anyone else ever have this happen or should I be concerned ?? And I’m so sad because I’ve been TTC for a year now 😞😞

For me, I can soak a heavy duty tampon in an hour and still leak onto my pad. So yes, I'd say it's normal
