Doppler
I broke down and bought a fetal doppler to hear my baby's heart beat. (not the one in the picture but similar) oh my gosh. I can't even begin to tell you how reassuring it is listening to his/her little hurt pump. I love it. The only symptom I've had is fatigue so I've had a hard time believing I'm really truly pregnant until I hear that heart beat.
