TMI... but very curious

Okay ladies. So this is very tmi but I’m curious. My S/Os ballsack looks very different from other men I’ve seen. Its dried out and looks like leather. Is this normal? I’d ask him but I don’t want to make him feel bad or think that his is weird or anything. Opinions?
