I’m seeing results!!
so the top picture is 173-175 and the bottom is 164-166 ish!! I’m so excited I’ve been working out consistently yes and meal prepping for a month now and i feel soooooo good! My goal is to reach 145 before the new year so i can set new goals for myself. Taking pictures and watching YouTube helps so much lol😩 I’ll update y’all every month 😜
