Is this a cold sore? I have no pain at all and I thought it was a pimple but when I stretch my lip there’s not really a pimple bump.

Could be either a pimple or cold sore. But even if it is a cold sore, they aren’t that big of a deal.. like 80% of the world are carriers and a lot don’t even know because they never have an outbreak. Stress can cause them to surface though. Just don’t kiss anyone until you know, especially young babies.

Looks like a pimple. Usually pimples are above the lip line and cold sores are beneath the lip line more on the lips themselves.

Typically you’d be able to tell when you have a cold sore coming on, you would usually feel a tingling sensation a few days before the sore was present and it would be itchy. It’s just a pimple i’m pretty sure. Doesn’t really look like a cold sore
