I’m a FTM who exclusively breastfeeds. My three week old son only sleeps 30mins-2hours most times. He wants to feed constantly when he wakes up. Some nights I find myself frustrated with my spouse as he snores and I have to wake up every time Baby wakes up. He sometimes helps at night with diaper changes and feedings so I’m grateful for that but I’m still annoyed that he has the option to do these things where I have to get up with baby regardless. He currently works while I’m still on maternity leave so I don’t expect him to be up every time baby wakes up. I’m just exhausted and finding myself being very jealous of him while he sleeps and I’m struggling to stay awake to feed our son.
