Today, I received my results from an STI test. I was positive for chlamydia. I have already gotten treatment.

I had sex for the first time with my boyfriend on Jul 19, and I was tested on September 20, which means that I could’ve had the STI since then (2 1/2 months to today). I didn’t have any symptoms except for white discharge that had a strong odor.

Now, I feel a pain in the front of my lower abdomen, and I am worried that I have PID. I plan on going to the GYN soon to find out.

Any experiences with chlamydia and PID would be really helpful to hear about. This really put a weight on me.
