rash on baby's face??

I took my daughter (almost 1month old) to the doc a week ago for a weight check and I mentioned the bumps on her face. The doc said its baby acne from the hormones, but after bathing her a 2nd time with Johnson &Johnson body wash the skin is more irritated and she also has bumps on her arms/back. The 1st time I used Burt's bees baby wash and I washed her face that time. So my question is if this is a rash instead of baby acne how do I get rid of it?
