No it doesn’t, sometimes you can be attracted to this thing called personality and then nothing else matters. Others can be superficial and only go for appearances. 
Honestly I probably wouldn’t be looking for someone who is over weigh, but if I got to know them and liked them then as long as their healthy I don’t care.
