Can acid reducer pills and anti depressants cause a miscarriage?

Answer

Certain SSRI’s (Lexapro, Paxil, Prozac etc.) don’t increase risk for miscarriage but they do increase risk of deformity in the 1st trimester & risk of infant withdrawal in the 3rd (this is what was told to me by my psychiatrist) ... there are some that have been proven safe for pregnancy.
