Did anyone who uses Vitex feel immediate pain in rhe ovary region? I started taking them yesterday (3 capsules), this a.m. I took 3 more and I just felt my left ovary or ovary area twitch (for lack of better words). There is NO way in hell this stuff can work that fast! It takes 3 months (from what I read) for a full effect. I am still 4 days away from my fertile window. What the Shaaat! LMAO anyone?!
