Which would you pick?

I miss my husband soooooo much... I love our lifestyle, I love the luxury, I love the money that he is making while I am a stay at home mum, but I miss his presence. We only see him once a week because he is always away working so hard to give us everything that we want. 
Am I just being selfish now? Ladies if you were to pick would you pick having all the money and hardly seeing your husband or having no money and seeing your husband everyday?

We actually had to make this decision early last year. My husband was a truck driver and our daughter was still a baby. I felt like a single mom and even though he was amazing when he was here, he wasn't here enough. We decided he needed a local job and, of course, nothing pays as good as driving a truck! 
Him getting a local job cost us somewhere between $10-15k a year. That doesn't seem like a lot but it was! It has been a huge adjustment, and boy do I miss our old life of luxery, but having him home with me every day and our daughter was worth all the money in the world!

I mean, there's a middle ground between lots of money & no money. My husband is home a lot with us & makes decent money-- he could make more & never be around, but that's not what we want as a family.

Same but mine is only gone during the week. I don’t love him being gone most of the time but I love being able to stay home with my kids so id keep it this way. We spend family time on the weekends and when he gets home at 1am we have a bit of alone time so we found a balance that works

I’ve always said to my husband I would rather make memories with him and our children then have tons of money and no memories with him being around..he does construction a little of everything from setting homes to finishing homes but now he’s home every night and the most amazing man in the world 💙

I'd rather have no money, live in a cardboard box and have my husband around than have a bunch of money and never see him.

Its about what your priorities are. Its not selfish to want a good lifestyle for you and your kids. And its not selfish to want to be a stay at home parent. 
If your husband is frustrated with never being home or you feel yourselves drifting apart in your relationship then him working in town would be a discussion to have, but if everyone is happy now, then why change it?

Same situation here.  I’m a stay at home mom and I love it, but my husband works out of town and is only home on the weekends.  Our 2 oldest girls are in school and are very active in sports and activities and our son is almost 2.  It’s been extremely stressful for me lately because I don’t have him at home to help out with anything.  He makes good money where he works but I miss him so much.  If he worked around home he would probably lose half his income.

Financial issues invite relational discord, so I personally wouldn't want to put us in a position to have them and then be around eachother more.  As much as I miss him when he's working, I'd miss what we had if we were arguing over bills  instead of being able to enjoy the time we do have together
