Late, spotting BFN

I’m 6 days late for my period and I just started spotting. I took an early detection test on CD27 (28 day cycle) and it was negative and took another on CD30 negative. My cycle is usually like clock... in the last couple days I’ve started spotting. If I don’t get a full period when should I go to my doctor? I’m starting to go crazy 😂
