Too soon to visit to a fertility doc?

How long were you and your significant other TTC before you went to see a fertility specialist? We are both 25, almost 26, and we've only been TTC for 6 months. My husband thinks we should both get checked out now but I would like to wait a little longer. Part of me thinks there's something wrong with me and I don't think I'm ready for that news yet.. Any advice?

They say to wait a year for your age before seeing someone.

I am 25 and going through fertility treatment. We only waited 6 months, but I already knew I had PCOS. If you dont have any pre existing issues with your reproductive system, you'll have to wait a year.

Have you been checked to see if you’re ovulating? I had to get started on Clomid to get my body to ovulate and had an HSG test done in which they found the issue.

Try some stuff first this website has great information and they have a YouTube channel with great videos as well ... this website helped us tons ....
