Casino while pregnant!

My little brother is turning 21 and he is having his party at a casino! They got us hotel rooms and we are going to have dinner in the casino. Do you think it is safe to hang around in a casino with all that smoke for a few hours? I think I will spend a lot of time reading in the hotel room but I don’t want to miss the whole party? We are just going for the night.
