Rolling onto my back while sleeping.
I am trying to sleep on my side at night as heard this was the best position for baby’s health. However, I keep waking up having rolled onto my back. I know I don’t need to worry about this too much until later on in the pregnancy - currently 16 weeks - but I want to put things into place now that prevent this as I’m worried I will hurt my baby later on if I sleep on my back.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
