Yeast ?

Question

I recently finished an antibiotic for bacterial vaginosis . As I was washing up I noticed some white stuff in between my lips does it look like a yeast infection ?

To be honest I think I had the antibiotic a few weeks ago, I'm just having that discharge and itchyness and I thought the bacterial vaginosis was gone cause after the meds I was feeling ok... my gyno also wanted me to use another medicine for 8 weeks that helps prevent it from coming back or something (metrogel) but it's still waiting for my insurance to cover it

1- when did you finish the antibiotic?
2- are you having any symptoms other than discharge?
3- did all of your symptoms from BV disappear prior to this?
