Weird question about chocolate ice cream stain

How do you get it out? It’s already been washed in the washing machine, it was one of my daughters friends shirts previously so I don’t know how many times it’s been washed with said stain. It’s currently sitting with shout stain remover on it, but I think it’s going to need more love than that lol. Any suggestions?
