Thrombophilia panel results

I am 14 weeks currently with a history of a loss between 7 and 11 weeks, a stillborn at 19 weeks and another loss at 13 weeks, I do have 2 healthy kids one before any loss and one after my first loss. I have blood work done and my protein s came back at 32 with the normal range being 70-125 and my beta Gp1 Ab IgA S being 91 with normal being below 20. My dr says just continue aspirin 81 mg daily and I am so upset and concerned, really thinking i should be on heparin or lovenox along with the aspirin. I have my first high risk appt weds and really am going to push for it. Any advice or similar experiences?
