TMI - Spot on breast

Hi everyone, so I ask 10 weeks 1 day pregnant and about a week ago there was a very large bump on my right breast. Before being pregnant I popped a pimple or what I thought was a pimple in that same spot and it got small and pretty much went away, but a week ago the spot got very large and looked like a zit. Me being nosey start pinching it and trying to get it to pop. It popped and blood came out. Just curious if anyone has any ideas what it could b? Or what i should do? Its not warm to the touch, and it doesn't hurt. I plan on getting it checked at my 12 week appointment.
