I’ve been experiencing some pretty strong cramps that last about 10 or so seconds when I move positions. So sitting to standing or bending over to pick something up. It happens mostly in the evenings few times. Once the cramp is gone I feel fine but during the cramp I have to breathe through it. I messaged my doctors nurse and she said since we did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> I could have a little more pain because my ovaries are still enlarged.

Has anyone else had these strong cramps? We tried for so long for this baby and I just want everything to be okay.
